Fowlers Live

Fowlers Live has played host to a range of national and international touring acts (Radio Birdman, Eskimo Joe, Bluebottle Kiss, The Shins and Henry Rollins have all played to a packed house at one time or another), as well as larger local shows. Its enviable position as the largest live room in the city mile makes it ideal as the place for tours that haven't quite made it to, say, Thebarton Theatre levels, but are too large for a pub gig. The way that the two main rooms have been set up means that it's very possible to settle with a drink near the bar and still see and hear what's going on in the live room.
