CONDITIONS OF SALE

Late arrival may result in non-admittance to the venue or a part of the venue until a suitable break in performance and/or at the discretion of the management.

No drugs, weapons, lasers, photographic or recording equipment is allowed. Most venues do not allow food, drinks, glass containers or alcohol. Check policy with Venue*Tix prior to attending venue.

Tickets only valid for entry/service when purchased from an authorised Venue*Tix outlet.

Venue*Tix collects your individual information in case of an event cancellation or change. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information Venue*Tix is not responsible for failure to contact you.

Scalping of tickets is an offence. Refer to condition relating to purchasing tickets from authorised Venue*Tix outlets. Please note tickets purchased from any other source (auctions etc.) may result in refusal of entry.

It is a condition of entry to performances that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the Venue. If concerned please consult the Venue.

Proof of concession entitlement will be required at time of counter sales. The Venue has the right to evict a Ticket Holder if they cannot provide proof of their concession entitlement or if he or she refuses to surrender any prohibited object or article that is not permitted to be brought into the venue.

If the Ticket Holder is behaving in a manner which may cause property damage or threatens the safety of performers, other ticket holders or that reasonably interferes with other ticket holders enjoyment of the performance or if a ticket holder refuses to remain in the area designated on their ticket.

Tickets are sold by a Venue*Tix representative as an agent for and on behalf of the organisation, venue, management and/or promoter (“the seller”) responsible for the service, event or performance for which it is sold. All complaints or claims are the responsibility of the seller and not Venue*Tix, Tickets.com or their representatives.

The right of admission is reserved as provided in the seller’s conditions, any ticket wallet or any other documentation made available at the time of purchase and/or on line at www.venuetix.com.au. If there is conflict with any of the conditions, these conditions prevail. These conditions cannot be varied except by written agreement with Venue*Tix.

No refunds or exchanges will be available except as provided in the seller’s conditions. The service charge is not refundable. The seller is not required to give a refund where a ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller. If a refund is available, Venue*Tix has the option to make it available by mail or at the Venue*Tix head office. If a refund is available due to a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, it will then only be made if the ticket holder surrenders the valid ticket(s) to Venue*Tix within 28 days of the cancellation of the show. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists, to vary advertised programs, seating arrangements, and audience capacity and to vary the venue with or without notice.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Tickets purchased within 7 working days of the event will not been posted out, they can be collected at the Venue*Tix main outlet at Da Costa Arcade, Ground Floor, cnr Grenfell & Gawler Place, Adelaide SA 5000. Uncollected tickets will be sent to the venue of the event in question after 3pm on the day of the event. All weekend events will have uncollected tickets sent to the venue in question at 3pm on the Friday prior to the weekend. The tickets can only be collected by the original buyer and must have photographic ID and the credit card used in the transaction. If other arrangements need to be made please contact Venue*Tix on 8225 8888.

Lost tickets. Venue*Tix reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission). When allocated seating tickets (reserved seating) are lost or stolen the Customer must be able to produce proof of their original purchase and include a Statutory Declaration form. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the promoter of the event in question. Statutory Declaration forms can be obtained at any Australian Postal Office or click here to download a copy. The Statutory Declaration form must be filled out in full and signed by the Customer and by a qualified witness, full details about this can be found in the guidelines of the Statutory Declaration form itself. Once completed fax to Venue*Tix head office 8223 6568 or post to address to be 164 South Road, Torrensville SA 5031.. Venue*Tix will then place your request for replacement of lost tickets on your behalf.

Ticket holders attending the event do so at their own risk.

Beware: If you obtain a counterfeit, forged or stolen ticket you may be liable to prosecution.
